The heavy duty ceramic construction holds heat extremely well, reducing the amount of direct heat your food takes, for more versatile cooking options. Create multiple cooking zones by using the plates individually or together. When used individually, your kamado can be set up for both direct and indirect cooking at the same time. When used together, simply set each plate on your Primo Drip Pan Rack (sold separately) to transform your grill into an oven or low temperature smoker.
